Reflex Lab ("we," "us") is operated by Daniel Zavialov. This page explains what data is collected when you visit reflexlab.ai, and why. It is written to be transparent under EU (GDPR), UK (UK GDPR), and US privacy law.

Website Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, self-hosted on our own infrastructure. It does not use cookies and does not collect or store any personal data about visitors. It only reports anonymous, aggregated statistics, such as page views and referral sources, to help us understand how the site is used.

Booking a Call

When you book a Discovery Call, you are redirected to Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service. Cal.com collects the information you provide when booking, including name, email, and meeting details, and operates under its own privacy policy. Reflex Lab only receives the booking details needed to conduct the call.

Direct Contact

If you email daniel@reflexlab.ai directly, we retain that correspondence only for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising. We do not run ad-tracking pixels on this site. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA.

Your Rights - EU / EEA (GDPR)

If you are in the EU or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact daniel@reflexlab.ai.

Your Rights - United Kingdom (UK GDPR)

If you are in the UK, you have the same core rights as under EU GDPR: access, correction, deletion, and the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Contact daniel@reflexlab.ai to make a request.

Your Rights - California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion of that information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Reflex Lab does not sell or share personal information with third parties. To make a request, contact daniel@reflexlab.ai.

Other US Residents

Regardless of state, we apply the same practices described above to all visitors: no data sales, no ad tracking, and data collected only as needed to run the site and respond to inquiries.
